Ingredients

  • 1 serving Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1-2 types Mushrooms
  • ½ tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ Onion
  • Scallion, furikake, togarashi, grated Parmesan (For garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to directions.
  • Melt butter in pan and mix in minced garlic and onions — cook until softened, then add in mushrooms.
  • Once vegetables have been cooked, pour in the soy sauce and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Put pasta into sauce and mix thoroughly. Add in pasta water if needed.
  • Garnish with green onions, furikake and togarashi and enjoy!
