- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1-2 types Mushrooms
- ½ tablespoon Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ Onion
- Scallion, furikake, togarashi, grated Parmesan (For garnish)

Cook pasta in salted water according to directions.
Melt butter in pan and mix in minced garlic and onions — cook until softened, then add in mushrooms.
Once vegetables have been cooked, pour in the soy sauce and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Put pasta into sauce and mix thoroughly. Add in pasta water if needed.
Garnish with green onions, furikake and togarashi and enjoy!
