Ingredients Notes
Shrimp & Marinade
- 3oz Shrimp
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 clove Garlic
Cilantro Garlic Sauce
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno (Note: Serrano peppers also work if you want some extra heat)
- ⅓ Onions
- ¼ cup Fish sauce
- 1-2 clove garlic
- White pepper, salt, black pepper (To taste)
- Chili flakes (optional)
Putting It All Together
- Gather the shrimp & marinade ingredients. Peel the shrimp if needed and let marinade for 5-15 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinading, start putting together the garlic cilantro sauce. Gather the ingredients for the sauce and blend in a blender until mixed thoroughly. If you don't have a blender, you can also mince and mix the ingredients.
- Sauté the shrimps in a skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp begins to curl. Then begin to mix in the garlic cilantro sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Remove from heat and serve with side(s) of choice! Personally, I love brussel sprouts, but broccoli, spinach, and/or rice could also be great complements.
