Combining two beautiful cuisines can oftentimes result in magic. Every cuisine has its characteristic spices and combination of ingredients that make a specific dish. By swapping around some ingredients to mix and match flavors from various cuisines, I have a lot of fun with my fusion kitchen experiments.
